Sports Performance Coach
Nick McBride
With over 25 years of experience as both an Educator and Sports Performance Coach, I’ve dedicated my career to developing confident, resilient, and high-performing young people: on the field, in the gym, and in the classroom.
My journey began as a professional rugby player with Bristol and Rosslyn Park, and has grown into a lifelong passion for helping the next generation thrive. I’ve worked with leading schools across the UK and internationally, as well as top-level organisations like World Rugby, Charlton Athletic and St Mary’s University.
Currently, I’m proud to be the Head of Athletic Development at The Skinners’ School in Kent, where I help students build strength, character, and the mindset needed for success, whether they’re just starting out or chasing elite performance.
As a fully qualified PE teacher and former Director of Sport, I understand how to connect with young people, nurture their potential, and guide them toward lasting achievement - not just in sport, but in life.
Whether you're a parent seeking structured, motivating support for your child, or a young athlete looking to raise your game, I’m here to bring the experience, energy, and belief to help them become their best.
